mine arrived DOA. Tech support online by the manufacturer went well but I ended up returning it to Amazon without hassle. Never had this happen before, doubt I would choose this brand name again.

I bought this microphone (or thought I did) for my brother’s birthday, and I paid to have it shipped overnight. The seller said the item was picked up and provided a tracking number and then charged my card. The item never arrived and Federal Express said that there never was a package. The seller bascially lied to me and tried to steal my money. Amazon did give me a full refund. Do NOT trust this seller. and no, the seller never sent me any kind of apology or explanation. They just stole my money.

First Mic arrived d.o.a. in a well packaged, undamaged box. Amazon customer service was simply awsome. UPS came to my house and picked up defective one the very next day, and the replacement arrived 2 days later. The at2020 looks and works great and amazon is great too

I was looking for a better quality Mic but not willing to pay a high price to sing on the Internet. This was a low price and high quality solution. Nothing to load and I was singing right out of the box.
It does pick up noise around me since this is a condenser mic but, that just means you pick a quiet place to record.. LOL

The AT 2020 USB Condenser Mic may not come with three settings on the back (ala Blue Snowball), but the simplicity of it is what makes it verily better than the Snowball, itself. Simply put, this microphone picks up what you want it to pick up. Your voice and whatever may be directly in front of you. Simply lowering the input volume on your computer will, of course, change how much is picked up. For vocalists, voice actors, podcasters, and singers this is especially important, because when it’s on the lower input, peaking is damn near impossible, which is exemplary. Granted the stand that the microphone is on is slightly frustrating as to how to put together at first, there will be really no reason for you to switch microphones after you ascertain this one. Also, it’s got this cool, shiny light in the middle. ‘Nuff said.
