Toast 10 is pretty much like Toast 9 , but the EXTRAS in Toast 10 like LightZone make the PRO version a buy ! Lightzone is AWESOME , it will take your photos and make them gorgeous ! SoundSoap is great for cleaning audio, and theres more! These extras would cost way more than the product package…. Also , if you alreasy own toast go to roxio’s site and click the upgrade , its a little cheaper than the stand alone product. Alo PRO comes with the bluray addon , no need to buy it separate … if you have an avchd camera Toast is great.
Personally , LightZone makes this package a buy… its that good.

I was very frustrated at first with toast pro. when I first got it, It does to many different things and it was overwhelming.
I decided to just do one thing a week. Started burning music cd’s in different formats. Different conversions,
i found i had to learn what qualities were good on mac and there are alot of choices. Remember I’m still just talking music.
Some of the frustration
on these boards are pc and mac differences. Formats are different and many don’t work at all with each other.
Toast is trying to bridge this mess of two different systems.Hundreds of different possibilities of formats.
You can’t learn this over night.
It’s to bad we can’t get pc and mac together on formats and make something great and easy.
I am now on video. Again different formats. The is best blue ray, but than only certain people can view,
DVD good for most home viewing, but what is a very good quality that I can post on my website that both
pc and mac users can view. Good luck. Anyway The slow approach is working for me. wanted to throw this product
away but Now I think it is Great. It does take lots of time. Yes the support is poor for most products. We are on our own.
