Total waste of money, very disappointing.

Ultra cheap construction crashes every

other time I turn it on.

Yesterday I tried to buy the Zoom H-4, My 2 friends tried, My kids tried.. and I just tried this one to see if it is the same as what happened. It is all about the “Bill Me Later” $10 discount.

Don’t expect the BillMeLater will pay you $10 because right after you enter every information of yours, it will tell you “We’re sorry, but the promotional code you entered cannot be applied to this purchase….”. If it couln’t be applied, why AMAZON is still OFFERING it? God knows!

You might ask why? The reason is The Bill Me Later ONLY wants your personal informations. Someone is SELLING our informations!!

Disapointed with Amazon December 20, 2009 at 5:42 am

Amazon stated that this item is sold by them and in stock. I placed an order on the 9th. Today is the 12th and Amazon still has not shipped my recorder. I ordered 2 other items on the same order from other companies, sold through Amazon, and they have both shipped and one will arrive today. Why is Amazon holding up shipping items that are “In Stock”. Are they trying to force people to pay for their “Expedited Shipping” rippoff?

I will update more WHEN I ACTUALLY GET THE PRODUCT!

I should have purchased this elsewhere, I would have it today if I had!!!

Update 1: Now after several hours since I posted this comment, all of a sudden Amazon’s page for this product changed from “In Stock” to “Usually ships in 2-3 days”. Can’t they just be honest with us when we place an order and tell us if they have it or not?

Update 2: Another day later, still has not shipped. To add to the frustration they have now lowered the price. Why are they lowering the price if they don’t have product to ship, and if they do have product to ship, why haven’t they shipped mine? Very frustrating!

Update 3: Decided to send email to customer service – not exactly easy information to find on their site. I send a message basically stating what I have stated here. No response! Amazing though, a few hours later the price changes again, higher now, and they are selling through another reseller, not Amazon! Why does Amazon not respond to communication? If I have a problem with one of their resellers, they imediately provide the contact email and the company gets right back to me, yet Amazon does not provide the same quality of service!!!

Update 4: Finally got email reply from Amazon today (13th) with lame response:

Please note that this Item is listed as “Usually ships in 1 to 2 weeks” typically take up to ships in 1 to 2 weeks to obtain and prepare for shipment, but can occasionally take longer.

This is false, the order page said “In Stock” and did not mention taking 1-2 weeks for them to ship it. I’m sure that change is comming soon to the web page also. They also have changed the price yet again today.

handy 2 is too complex for every day use I’m not happy with it very much. It takes too much time to use it.
